Overview

Unmind is a workplace wellbeing platform helping organisations and their people build better mental health at work. I built a complex Webflow website for Unmind, developing over 50 unique pages from provided designs, implementing custom code and forms, and creating a scalable Webflow design system that supports ongoing campaign work.

As a Webflow specialist I was able to efficiently translate the supplied designs into a fast, accessible, and conversion-focused build. The Webflow CMS underpins content sections including case studies, articles, and resource hubs, giving Unmind a flexible publishing layer their internal team can run without developer input.

Through careful planning and attention to detail, the Webflow site is optimised for both user experience and search performance. The result is a marketing platform that supports Unmind's positioning as a leading workplace wellbeing partner across enterprise clients.

The Problem

Unmind had strong designs and a clear vision for their workplace wellbeing platform, but translating that into a complex, multi-page Webflow build at enterprise scale is a different challenge from designing it. The brief called for over 50 unique pages, custom code integrations, and a design system that could support ongoing campaign work without fragmenting. Enterprise buyers in the wellbeing space evaluate digital presence carefully; the site needed to feel as polished and credible as the platform it was selling.

The complexity wasn't just in the page count. Each page type had specific content, conversion, and SEO requirements, and the design system needed enough flexibility to support diverse content while maintaining consistency across every touchpoint. The build also had to hand editorial control to Unmind's internal team after launch, so the CMS architecture needed to be powerful enough for a complex site and simple enough for a marketing team to run independently.

The Build

I built the entire Webflow website from provided designs, developing over 50 unique pages with custom code and forms integrated throughout. The scale of the build demanded a systematic approach: I created a scalable Webflow design system that normalised typography, spacing, colour, and component behaviour across every page type. Custom code was deployed surgically where Webflow's native capabilities needed extension, keeping the build maintainable.

The Webflow CMS was structured around Unmind's content ecosystem: case studies, articles, resource hubs, and campaign landing pages, each with templated experiences that maintain design quality at any volume. The information architecture and page structures were optimised for both user experience and search performance. Every CMS collection was designed so the internal team can publish, update, and manage content without touching the underlying build.

The Outcome

The site launched as a marketing platform that genuinely supports Unmind's positioning as a leading workplace wellbeing partner for enterprise clients. The 50-plus pages work together as a coherent system rather than a collection of one-offs, and the design system ensures new pages inherit the same quality as the launch set. The CMS gives Unmind a flexible publishing layer their team runs independently.

Search performance and accessibility were built in from the start rather than retrofitted, which matters for an enterprise audience where procurement processes often include technical evaluation. The site handles Unmind's volume and complexity without performance degradation, and the design system continues to support campaign work as the business grows.
