UK care management software with Log my Care
Overview

Log my Care is a pivotal tool for UK care providers, offering a digital platform that simplifies the logging and management of care activities, medications, incidents, and more. Their product is celebrated for a user-friendly interface that demands minimal training, letting care staff manage their responsibilities efficiently.

I've worked closely with Log my Care to develop a large number of marketing pages on Webflow, taking Figma designs from their team through to fully responsive Webflow builds. The ongoing engagement covers continuous updates, CMS structure refinement, and performance maintenance, keeping the site current as the care industry's needs and Log my Care's product offering evolve.

The Webflow site is enhanced with custom scripts and a Webflow CMS configured to manage feature pages, integrations, and care-sector content. The design supports accessibility, CQC compliance messaging, and clear conversion paths for UK care providers evaluating digital care management software.

The Problem

Log My Care had built a genuinely useful SaaS platform for UK care homes — digital care management that replaced paper records and improved regulatory compliance. But their website didn't communicate any of that value. It read like a generic SaaS landing page: features, screenshots, a pricing table. Care home managers — their actual buyers — weren't seeing themselves in the story.

The bigger issue was trust. Healthcare buyers in the UK are rightfully cautious: they're dealing with vulnerable people, CQC regulations, and complex operational environments. A generic tech site signals 'startup that doesn't understand our world.' Log My Care needed a site that demonstrated deep sector knowledge before it ever pitched the product.

The Build

I rebuilt the entire marketing site in Webflow with a sector-first content strategy. Instead of leading with the product, the site leads with the problems care home managers actually face: CQC inspection preparation, medication administration errors, staff communication gaps, family reporting obligations. Each problem section connects naturally to the Log My Care feature that solves it — the product demo becomes the natural next step rather than a hard sell.

The technical build included a custom ROI calculator I developed specifically for care homes — it takes bed count, current inspection rating, and staffing levels, then models the time and cost savings from digitising care records. This tool has become one of their highest-converting assets because it speaks directly to the financial reality of running a care home. Behind the scenes, a custom API integration pipes calculator submissions into their CRM as qualified leads with pre-populated context.

Accessibility was non-negotiable for a healthcare audience — the entire site meets WCAG 2.1 AA standards with proper heading hierarchy, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen-reader-optimised forms. The CMS architecture lets the marketing team publish case studies, regulatory updates, and product changelogs without touching the design layer.

The Outcome

The new site repositioned Log My Care from 'another care SaaS' to a sector specialist that understands the regulatory, operational, and human realities of running a care home. Their demo request rate increased significantly, and the sales team reports that prospects arrive better informed — they've already explored the problem pages and the ROI calculator before the first call.

The ROI calculator alone generates a steady stream of qualified leads with detailed operational data attached, which the sales team uses to personalise demos. That's the difference between a generic contact form and a tool that actually advances the sales conversation.

For me, this project reinforced a principle I apply to every YMYL and healthcare build: the most effective SaaS marketing doesn't start with the product — it starts with the problem your buyer is living every day. Get that right, and the product sells itself.
