They required a re-design of the AltSignals brand and migration to an improved automated CMS/CRM platform to manage their data.
We re-created the overall brand design and migrated a large amount of pages to the webflow platform.
Using a custom CRM has since helped scale the company seamlessly whilst the AltSignals team can manage all aspects easily (especially SEO-optimized pages).
The project utalizes a custom telegram bot to manage subscriptions and all data is synced together on a cloud hosting platfom .
AltSignals had established itself as a leading provider of cryptocurrency and forex signals, but their digital presence did not reflect the sophistication of their service. The existing platform was a patchwork of tools held together by manual processes. Managing subscriptions at scale was becoming a bottleneck, and the team could not update pages, publish content, or optimise for search without going through technical hoops.
In the signals industry, credibility is everything. Traders are evaluating providers constantly, and a site that looks outdated or operates clunkily is a fast way to lose trust before anyone even tries the service. AltSignals had the track record, but the platform was not communicating that effectively. The gap between the quality of their signals and the quality of their digital experience had become a genuine business problem.
Operationally, the subscription management was a particular pain point. With a growing user base spread across the website and Telegram, keeping subscriber data synchronised and billing accurate required constant manual effort. The team was spending time on data reconciliation that should have been spent on improving the service and growing the user base.
I redesigned the AltSignals brand and migrated their entire digital presence to Webflow, rebuilding the platform from the ground up with a custom CRM integration at its core. The CRM automates subscription management, user data, and customer workflows that were previously handled manually, giving the team operational headroom as the user base grows.
I built a custom Telegram bot that manages subscriptions directly, syncing all data to a cloud hosting platform so the team has a single source of truth across web, Telegram, and CRM. This means a subscriber who signs up on the website, interacts with the Telegram bot, and appears in the CRM is the same person in all three systems, with no manual reconciliation required. The Webflow CMS underpins all the SEO-optimised pages, giving the AltSignals team direct control over content, landing pages, and editorial material.
The brand redesign was an important part of the build. The old visual identity had accumulated over time without a clear system, so I established a consistent design language that communicates the precision and professionalism of the AltSignals service. Every page, from the home page to the signal archives, shares the same visual DNA.
The new platform transformed AltSignals from a manually operated signals service into a scalable, automated business. The team can manage every aspect of the operation themselves through Webflow and the CRM, from publishing market analysis to managing subscription tiers. The Telegram bot integration means subscribers get a seamless experience across platforms.
The automated data syncing eliminated the reconciliation work that used to consume hours every week. That time is now going into service improvement and user growth, which is exactly where it should have been going all along. The redesigned brand and modern Webflow build give AltSignals the credibility signal that matters in an industry where trust is earned through demonstrated competence, not claimed through marketing.
For the AltSignals team, the biggest shift has been operational independence. They no longer need technical support to update the site, manage subscriptions, or launch new content.
