Should I use BEM or Client First in Webflow?

Both are valid. BEM is a general web development standard; Client First is Webflow-specific. Many Webflow professionals prefer Client First because it's optimized for Webflow's visual workflow, but BEM works well if you're already familiar with it or work across platforms.
