Answer the questions before the first conversation
Explain who the practice supports, how sessions work and the next step. Web design for therapists should leave room for considered reading, without a crowded or insistent interface.
Therapists & counsellors
I design websites for therapists and counsellors that help people understand the practice and decide how to get in touch. Calm presentation, useful service information and a manageable publishing setup all matter.

The page has a job to do
Explain who the practice supports, how sessions work and the next step. Web design for therapists should leave room for considered reading, without a crowded or insistent interface.
Make service, practitioner and practical details straightforward to update. Agree how a change to availability or the contact route reaches the right pages.
Selected work / Cornerstone Counselling
For Cornerstone Counselling, I designed and built a Webflow website with a calm visual tone, clear navigation and reusable content structures.
The work included Stripe connections for session payments and donations. Website content, contact and payment responsibilities are considered as separate parts of the practice journey.

Make the connections useful
Choose connections around the practice’s real process, from an initial enquiry to a separate booking or payment service.
Talk through your setupStructure the services, practitioner information and practical details so the practice can keep them current.
Explore website supportCollect the contact details needed for the next conversation, then use the practice’s agreed route for more sensitive information.
Explore a website buildUse an appropriate provider where payments are in scope, with clear ownership for receipts, cancellations and support.
Explore connected developmentCheck the information someone needs before reaching out, and what the practice receives.

A practical starting point
Review the service page and first contact as one journey. Keep the initial task clear and agree where information belongs before adding form fields.

ICO: health and special-category dataThe practice should review the intended information and its handling. This website planning worksheet does not establish a suitable clinical information system.

Before we get started
Yes. Karin Young’s project involved redesigning an existing Wix website in Figma and rebuilding it in Webflow. We can review the current site first and decide whether a full rebuild or focused changes are useful.
Yes. We can agree reusable pages and editable fields for the updates you make regularly, with a practical handover. Changes to the site structure can remain part of an ongoing support scope.
We should first agree what is needed to arrange the next conversation. Detailed or sensitive information needs a suitable process chosen by the practice, rather than being added casually to a marketing form.
The examples here are practice websites and connected website journeys. A clinical booking, patient-record or care-delivery system would need its own requirements, owners and technical scope.
Your next chapter
Share the current practice website and how people contact or book with you. I can help make the information and next step clearer without adding unnecessary complexity.
