Connect the place to the next action
Coworking space website design needs character and practical detail. Show what the location offers, then make tours, room enquiries and venue hire easy to find.
Coworking & workspace
I design and develop coworking websites around the way people choose a space: explore the location, compare the rooms and arrange a visit or booking. The content system should also make sense to the team running the venue.

The page has a job to do
Coworking space website design needs character and practical detail. Show what the location offers, then make tours, room enquiries and venue hire easy to find.
Give locations, rooms and events reusable templates. Staff should know which details they can change and who covers updates when a colleague is away.
Selected work / TOSH Space
For TOSH Space in Boscombe, I provide ongoing Webflow maintenance, CMS improvements and custom front-end scripts across its coworking, events and community content.
The work includes layout fixes, routine updates and support for the people managing the site. It keeps the scope grounded in how the venue operates as its programme changes.

Make the connections useful
A tour, a meeting room and a venue-hire request need different follow-up. Make the enquiry destination and publishing responsibilities clear for each location and offer.
Talk through your setupKeep addresses, facilities, room types and approved images in a CMS structure that can support several venues.
Explore website developmentWork with the supported setup of your booking provider or receiving team. Preserve the location and room context when a request leaves the website.
Explore enquiry connectionsSupport changing events, new-location pages and practical information without rebuilding the site for every announcement.
Explore ongoing supportCheck how visitors choose a place and what the team receives when they enquire.

A practical starting point
Choose the smallest useful set of questions for each type of request, then keep the location and offer with the handoff. Test what the visitor sees and what the receiving team gets.
Completed fictional workspace example. The locations, routes and roles are planning examples, not DeskLodge or TOSH Space internal processes.

Before we get started
Yes. I designed and developed new Figma and Webflow pages within DeskLodge’s existing site and provide ongoing support for TOSH Space. A location rollout, CMS improvement or focused support scope may be enough.
My TOSH Space work is ongoing Webflow maintenance, CMS improvements, custom front-end scripts and routine site management. The page does not present that support as an original full-site design.
DeskLodge’s work included extending the CMS for locations, meeting room types and campaigns. We can structure your current offers into maintainable templates and agree how staff add or change a location.
No. We make the distinction clear. An enquiry may need a team response; a confirmed booking depends on the actual booking system and its rules. The website’s wording and confirmation should match the real process.
Your next chapter
Share your locations, how people currently book or enquire, and the updates your team makes most often. We can scope clearer pages, a better CMS or ongoing Webflow support.
