Insight2Marketing is a marketing agency founded by Vee Roberts and based in South London. Over more than 20 years, Vee has built a strong community of businesses around her mentorship programme. Her existing WordPress site had become severely outdated and unable to support the agency's expanding services.
I rebuilt the site in Webflow with full e-commerce capability, a structured link architecture to support her existing marketing funnels, and Facebook Pixel analytics integrated for retargeting. The Webflow CMS lets Vee add blog posts and events directly through the custom-built editor without developer involvement.
The new Webflow site is built to keep new organic traffic on-page and converting, with SEO-driven content patterns and a layout tuned to support both course discovery and direct enquiries.

Vee Roberts had been running Insight2Marketing for over two decades, building a strong community around her mentorship programme from South London. But her website was running on an ageing WordPress install that had become a liability rather than an asset. The site couldn't support the agency's expanding services, the structure was tangled, and every update required wrestling with a platform that had long since stopped serving the business.
The business problem went deeper than aesthetics. Vee had existing marketing funnels and an audience that was already converting, but the site wasn't built to capture or retain that attention. No e-commerce capability meant course sales happened through workarounds. No structured link architecture meant paid traffic was landing on pages that weren't optimised for conversion. The site was essentially working against the marketing strategy rather than amplifying it.
I rebuilt the entire site in Webflow from the ground up, starting with full e-commerce integration so Vee could sell courses directly through the platform. The link architecture was restructured to support her existing marketing funnels, with every page designed to keep organic traffic on-site and moving toward conversion. I integrated Facebook Pixel analytics across the build so the agency could run retargeting campaigns with proper tracking.
The Webflow CMS was a significant upgrade from the WordPress workflow. I built a custom editor experience that lets Vee add blog posts and events directly, with structured templates that maintain design consistency regardless of what content gets published. The SEO patterns were built in from the start, with page structures and metadata frameworks tuned to support both course discovery and direct enquiries.
The new site transformed Insight2Marketing's digital presence from a bottleneck into a growth engine. Vee now manages her own content without developer involvement, publishing blog posts and event listings that feed directly into her marketing funnels. The e-commerce integration means course sales happen natively on the site, closing a conversion loop that previously leaked through workarounds.
The retargeting infrastructure built into the site gives the agency proper visibility into visitor behaviour, which feeds back into campaign optimisation. For a mentorship business that runs on community and repeat engagement, having a site that actually supports the marketing strategy instead of fighting it has changed what's possible with every campaign launch.
