Ecommerce web design that starts with your products, not a template
Most ecommerce sites start with a Shopify theme and force products into it. Your product catalogue, your customer journey, and your conversion path should dictate the design — not the other way around. I design from your catalogue out: product page UX, category filtering, checkout flow, post-purchase experience. If your best-selling product is buried three clicks deep, the design failed.
The process starts with your product data: SKU count, variants, categories, attributes, inventory sources. That structure determines the information architecture: how categories nest, how filters work, how product pages relate to each other. Design follows data, not the other way around.
