In collaboration with Cooper Parry, I designed and built a comprehensive Webflow website for Tech CFO, a community for senior finance leaders in the high-growth tech ecosystem. The project involved careful design, content curation, and a structured Webflow build to make sure the platform showcases Tech CFO's events, resources, and community engagement clearly.
The work included migrating content across from the previous platform and implementing 301 redirects to preserve search equity and navigation continuity. The Webflow CMS underpins event listings, speaker profiles, and community insights, giving the Cooper Parry and Tech CFO teams a flexible publishing system to manage as the community grows.
The Webflow website is structured to scale alongside Tech CFO's editorial calendar, and the partnership with Cooper Parry has continued into an ambitious new project for Venture CFO, expanding the collaborative work supporting finance leaders across the tech ecosystem.

Cooper Parry had identified a gap in the market that no one was serving properly: senior finance leaders in the UK's high-growth tech ecosystem needed a dedicated community, not just another networking group with canapes and business cards. Tech CFO was designed as a proper membership community with curated events, substantive resources, and genuine peer connections for people navigating the specific financial challenges of scaling technology companies. But before the Webflow build, the community didn't have a digital home that reflected its ambition or made it easy for finance leaders to discover and engage with what was on offer.
The previous platform couldn't support the editorial calendar Tech CFO was planning: regular events with speaker profiles, community insights and thought leadership, resources addressing the unique challenges finance leaders face in high-growth tech environments. The content strategy was there but the platform was a constraint, not an enabler. Every content update involved friction, and the presentation didn't match the calibre of the audience.
Cooper Parry needed a partner who could handle the full migration without losing search visibility and build something the internal team could manage as the community scaled. The site had to feel premium because the audience is premium: CFOs and finance directors at some of the UK's most ambitious tech companies. These are people who evaluate quality instinctively, and a site that looks like a template would undermine the community's credibility before anyone registered for an event.
I designed and built the complete Webflow site in collaboration with Cooper Parry, working through the information architecture to make sure events, resources, and community content were all discoverable within a clean, confident design language. The typography and spacing were chosen to feel considered and professional without being corporate or cold, matching the calibre of a community built for finance leaders in the tech ecosystem.
The Webflow CMS underpins event listings, speaker profiles, and community insights, giving the Cooper Parry and Tech CFO teams a publishing system they can run independently. I migrated all content from the previous platform with full 301 redirect mapping to preserve search equity and navigation continuity, treating every existing URL as an asset that needed to be protected through the transition.
The build was structured to scale alongside Tech CFO's editorial calendar. New event types, new content categories, and new community features can all be added through the CMS without rebuilding pages. This mattered because Cooper Parry had ambitious plans for the community's growth trajectory, and the site needed to grow with it rather than becoming another platform migration waiting to happen.
Tech CFO launched with a digital home that reflects the quality of the community and makes it easy for finance leaders to discover events, explore resources, and engage. The site feels premium and professional, exactly what you'd expect from a community backed by Cooper Parry and built for an audience of senior finance professionals who judge quality in seconds.
The Webflow CMS gives the team editorial independence. They can publish new event listings, add speaker profiles, and manage community content on their own timeline without developer bottlenecks slowing down their content operations.
The collaboration has expanded into an ambitious new project for Venture CFO, building on the same Webflow foundation to serve another segment of finance leaders. The partnership with Cooper Parry continues to grow, which is the best validation of the work and the platform we built together.
