Flexciton

Ongoing Webflow maintenance · Layout and performance improvements

My Flexciton work covers ongoing improvements to the Webflow site for an AI scheduling product used by semiconductor manufacturers. My role focuses on maintaining and enhancing page layouts, responsiveness and CMS content.

GoCloud

Webflow implementation · Mailchimp API · With Ignite Marketing

Commissioned by Ignite Marketing, I built GoCloud’s Webflow marketing site from supplied designs and connected lead capture to Mailchimp. The work brought the page templates and marketing follow-up into the same delivery scope.

Give buyers the detail. Give sales the context.

For a Birmingham supplier or technical service business, the website needs to answer the questions that come before a quote: what you deliver, who it suits and what information you need. We work through one real enquiry journey before expanding the rest of the site.

Explain the service before the specification

Give each service a clear purpose, relevant applications and a practical next step. Keep detailed specifications available for the people who need them.

Ask questions sales can use

Agree the information needed to assess a request, then test that it arrives with the right person. Keep optional detail separate from required fields.

Make changes without starting again

Use repeatable layouts for services, sectors and examples, with clear editing responsibilities for your team.

A few things you might ask

What services do you offer in Birmingham?

I offer web design and development, web and mobile apps, conversion rate optimisation (CRO), SEO and content, website maintenance, and automation and integrations. You can work with me on a new build, an existing website or app, or a focused improvement.

Do you have a Birmingham office?

No. I’m based in London and work remotely with Birmingham businesses. You work directly with me through shared previews and agreed review points.

Can you improve the site we already have?

Yes. A focused phase can address service-page clarity, mobile layouts or enquiry delivery. I review the current platform and constraints before recommending whether a rebuild is worthwhile.

Can a quote form collect technical requirements?

Yes. We can agree fields for the service, application and project requirements, then test validation and delivery. File uploads, CRM connections and sensitive information need their own scope and handling decisions.

Can you help technical service pages get found?

I can review the site’s technical SEO and organise service content around relevant buyer questions. Search visibility also depends on competition, useful evidence and the wider site; I don’t promise a position in Google.

How are the price and delivery date agreed?

The scope depends on the service pages, content readiness, form logic and connected tools. Send your current site and one typical enquiry; I can identify the work, review stages and dependencies before confirming a price and schedule.

What happens when our services change?

The handover covers the agreed editable pages and CMS fields. We also identify changes that need development, who owns the connected accounts and whether ongoing support belongs in a separate scope.
