Strategy
Start with strategy, not templates
Every page on your site should have a purpose. Before I open a design tool or write a line of code, I work through content strategy, audience definition, and the search intent behind every section. Who is this page for? What do they need to know? What action should they take next? If a page does not earn its place in the user journey, it does not get built.
This phase covers keyword research and AEO positioning: what your audience searches for, how they phrase it, and whether AI-assisted search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google SGE) surfaces your content. I map the keyword matrix, define the content hierarchy, and build the sitemap before anyone touches a design tool. The output is a strategy document you can hand to anyone; not a guess, a plan.
