Why B2B websites are different; and why most agencies get them wrong
B2B buyers don't impulse-purchase. They research, compare, read case studies, and bring decisions to committee. Your website has to serve multiple stakeholders simultaneously: the technical evaluator reading your architecture page, the finance director scanning your pricing, the end user watching your product demo. Most agency websites are built for B2C psychology; emotional, visual, fast-decision. B2B needs depth: detailed service pages, case studies with real numbers, thought leadership that demonstrates industry knowledge, and clear paths to talk to a human.
