Convolo.ai then immediately places the call using its AI voice agent. The form confirmation page on Webflow can let the visitor know a call is coming, and you can even embed a status indicator showing when the AI agent is about to dial.
After each call, Convolo.ai generates structured data: lead qualification score, whether an appointment was booked, the appointment time, a call summary, and the full transcript. This data is sent via webhook to your configured endpoint. You can map it to Webflow CMS items to update a lead's status, populate a CRM-style dashboard, or trigger automated follow-up sequences. The integration ensures that no call outcome gets lost between tools.
