The platform handles all the complexity of WhatsApp's Business API approval and hosting.
The integration between Webflow and Wati creates a powerful conversion funnel. A visitor browsing your Webflow portfolio, product pages, or service descriptions can click a WhatsApp chat widget and immediately message your team. Wati's chatbot can qualify the lead with automated questions, book an appointment, or hand off to a human agent — all within WhatsApp. When a Webflow form is submitted, Wati can automatically send a personalised WhatsApp confirmation, dramatically increasing engagement rates compared to email alone.
For e-commerce sites built on Webflow, Wati enables cart abandonment recovery via WhatsApp, order status notifications, and personalised product recommendations based on browsing behaviour (captured through a lightweight tracking script). The broadcast feature lets you send WhatsApp campaigns to opted-in contacts, while the analytics dashboard shows open rates, response times, and conversation volumes. With official WhatsApp Business API status, Wati ensures your messaging remains compliant and reliable rather than at risk of account bans that plague unofficial WhatsApp automation tools.
