Yelp provides embed codes for individual reviews and review badges through the Yelp for Business dashboard. Copy the embed code and paste it into a Webflow Embed element on the page where you want reviews to appear. For more customized displays, you can use Yelp's Fusion API to fetch review data and render it using Webflow's CMS Collections, giving you full control over the review card design.
Yelp reviews and star ratings do not automatically appear in Google search results through Webflow alone — that requires review schema markup. However, you can add JSON-LD structured data for reviews through Webflow's custom code settings, which helps search engines display star ratings in search snippets. Note that Google's guidelines are strict about which reviews qualify for rich results, and third-party reviews like Yelp may not always be eligible.
Yelp provides a booking widget that you can embed on your Webflow site using an HTML Embed element. Go to your Yelp for Business account, navigate to the Widgets section, and copy the booking widget code. Paste it into your Webflow page where you want the booking button or form to appear. You can wrap it in a Webflow Div Block to control positioning and add custom CSS for styling.
Yelp embed widgets load external JavaScript, which can impact page speed if not managed carefully. To minimize performance impact, use Webflow's native lazy loading options for embeds and consider loading Yelp widgets only on pages where they add clear value — such as your homepage or testimonials page. For the fastest approach, use Yelp's API to pull review data server-side and render it statically through Webflow CMS.
No, Yelp does not allow responding to reviews through third-party platforms. You must log into your Yelp for Business account to reply to reviews. However, you can build a notification system using Yelp's API that alerts you to new reviews so you can respond promptly, and display your response activity on your Webflow site to show customers you are engaged and responsive.
