Integrating Zoho CRM with your Webflow site transforms every form submission, newsletter signup, and ecommerce purchase into an organised lead or contact record — automatically. When a visitor submits a contact form on your Webflow site, Zoho CRM creates a new lead with all the submitted fields mapped to the relevant CRM modules. From there, your sales team can follow up, assign tasks, and move the lead through your pipeline without ever leaving Zoho.
The integration connects via Webflow's webhook system or through middleware like Zapier and Make. You can map any Webflow form field to a corresponding Zoho CRM field — name to contact name, email to email, message to description, and custom fields to custom CRM modules. For ecommerce, Webflow purchase events can create deals in Zoho CRM with the order value, product details, and customer information populated automatically, giving your sales team full visibility into customer activity.
Beyond basic lead capture, the Webflow-Zoho combination enables sophisticated automation. Webflow CMS updates can trigger CRM workflow rules, and Zoho CRM stage changes can push data back to Webflow for personalised landing pages or member areas.
