The quickest method is Salesforce Web-to-Lead. In Salesforce Setup, create a Web-to-Lead form, copy the generated HTML, and paste it into a Webflow Embed element on your page. Form submissions will automatically create Lead records in Salesforce. For more control, use Zapier or Make to connect Webflow's native form submissions to Salesforce, allowing field mapping, duplicate checking, and multi-object creation (Leads, Contacts, Opportunities).
Yes, you can track Webflow page visits in Salesforce using Campaigns. Set up Salesforce Campaigns for key Webflow pages or content offers, then use hidden fields in your web-to-lead forms or UTM parameters to capture the source. For more detailed tracking, you can use Salesforce's Web-to-Lead with reCAPTCHA or integrate Google Analytics with Salesforce via middleware to push page view data into Lead or Contact records.
Webflow CMS and Salesforce don't have a native integration, but you can build a custom sync using Webflow's API and Salesforce's REST API via middleware (Zapier, Make, or custom code). For example, when a Webflow CMS item is updated, trigger a webhook that updates a corresponding Salesforce record. Alternatively, use tools like Whalesync or Parabola for two-way syncing between Webflow CMS collections and Salesforce objects without writing code.

If you expect to scale quickly, starting with Salesforce Essentials gives you a migration path. Otherwise, start with something simpler and switch when your sales process demands it.
