Remote Retrieval automates the logistics of recovering company equipment from departing employees. Integrating it with your Webflow site lets you build a self-service offboarding portal where departing team members can initiate equipment returns, print shipping labels, and track return status -- all from a branded Webflow interface rather than a generic third-party tool.
For HR and IT teams, the integration eliminates the manual back-and-forth of coordinating equipment returns. When an employee's offboarding is triggered (whether via a Webflow form, an HR system webhook, or a schedule), Remote Retrieval automatically generates a return shipment with prepaid labels and tracking. The status updates flow back into your Webflow portal so both the departing employee and your ops team can monitor progress.
This is particularly valuable for Webflow-powered SaaS companies and agencies with distributed teams.
