In your OnceHub account, create a booking page or widget, copy the embed code, and paste it into a Webflow Embed component on your contact or demo page. You can also use a Button element in Webflow and link it to your ScheduleOnce booking page URL. For advanced use, the OnceHub API allows you to programmatically create bookings and sync availability with external calendars.

In your OnceHub account, go to the Share & Publish section of your booking page and copy either the JavaScript embed code or the direct link. In Webflow, drag an Embed component onto your page, paste the JavaScript code, and publish. Alternatively, add a Button element and set its link to your ScheduleOnce booking page URL for a simpler implementation.
Yes. ScheduleOnce supports lead routing rules that can assign meetings based on criteria like the service selected, location, or custom fields. You can create a Webflow form that captures qualifying information first, redirect to a specific ScheduleOnce booking page based on the answers, or use the OnceHub API to pass routing parameters in the booking URL.
ScheduleOnce integrates with Google Calendar, Outlook, and iCloud calendars natively. Once connected, it automatically checks your availability in real time and only shows open slots to bookers. It also writes confirmed meetings to your calendar and can send automatic reminders to both parties to reduce no-shows.
Yes. OnceHub lets you customize the colors, logo, and text on your booking pages to align with your brand. For embedded widgets, you can apply custom CSS in Webflow to style the container. The booking page also supports custom domain mapping, so you can serve it from a subdomain like book.yourdomain.com for a seamless brand experience.
OnceHub does not offer a permanent free plan, but they provide a free trial that lets you test the full feature set. After the trial, paid plans start with basic scheduling features and scale up to include advanced routing, payments, and Salesforce integration.
