Common questions about using Freshsales with Webflow.
In Freshsales, navigate to Admin > Web Forms and create or customize your form. Copy the generated embed code, then in Webflow paste it into an Embed component on your page or in your site-wide custom code settings. The form will inherit your Webflow site styles, and you can use CSS to match your branding.
Yes. The simplest method is using Zapier or Make to connect Webflows native form submission webhook to Freshsales. Set up a zap that triggers on new Webflow form submissions and creates a lead or contact in Freshsales. You can also use the Freshsales API directly with a custom serverless function if you need more control over field mapping.
There is no native two-way sync between Freshsales and Webflow CMS, but you can build one using the Freshsales REST API and Webflows CMS API. Using a middleware tool like Make or a custom Node.js script, you can push new CRM contacts into a Webflow CMS collection or update existing CMS items when Freshsales records change.
