When integrated with a Webflow site, Tomba can enrich incoming leads in real time — when someone submits a contact form or signs up through a Webflow landing page, Tomba can automatically find and verify their business email, company details, and social profiles, giving your team a complete lead profile the moment a conversion happens.
For Webflow-powered B2B websites, Tomba turns anonymous form submissions into actionable sales intelligence. Instead of receiving just a name and phone number, your CRM can be populated with verified email addresses, job titles, company size, and LinkedIn URLs. This eliminates the research step from your sales process and lets your team start personalised outreach immediately. Combined with Webflow's webhook support, the automation is straightforward — a new form submission fires a webhook to your middleware, which calls Tomba's API and enriches the lead data before routing it to your CRM.
Tomba also offers email verification and list cleaning, which is critical for maintaining sender reputation when running email campaigns to leads captured through your Webflow site. Invalid or catch-all emails can be flagged before they enter your email marketing platform, reducing bounce rates and protecting your domain reputation. The platform includes Chrome extensions, Zapier integration, and a generous API that scales from small teams to enterprise sales operations.
