Postalytics uses USPS Informed Delivery notifications to track when mail is delivered, and includes personalized URLs or QR codes on each mail piece that link to unique landing pages. When a recipient visits their personalized URL or scans the QR code, Postalytics records the response and attributes it to the specific campaign and recipient, giving you digital-style conversion tracking for physical mail.
Yes. Using Zapier or Make, connect Webflow form submission triggers to Postalytics' 'send mail' action. Map form fields like name and address to the mail piece, and Postalytics will print and mail it automatically. You can set up different triggers and mail templates based on which form was submitted or what data the prospect provided.
Postalytics supports standard postcards in various sizes, tri-fold self-mailers, and letters in envelopes. Each format has different pricing and design templates. The platform's online editor lets you customize designs with merge fields for personalization, and you can upload your own artwork if you have a specific design created elsewhere.
Postalytics prints and mails pieces within one to two business days of receiving the trigger. USPS Standard Mail delivery typically takes five to seven business days, while First Class Mail takes three to five days. The platform provides estimated delivery dates and tracks progress through the USPS system so you know when recipients should receive your mail.
Postalytics has no minimum order quantity, so you can send a single postcard or letter. Per-piece pricing is competitive with other direct mail services, starting around $0.60-$0.80 for standard postcards including postage.
